[백남준] 예술상 시상식, 수상자 '조안 조나스(Joan Jonas, 1936)'에게

백남준아트센터는 오늘 백남준 예술상 시상식을 열었다.

수상자는 아티스트 조안 조나스(Joan Jonas, 1936-)입니다. 조안 조나스는 1960년대부터 현재까지 비디오, 퍼포먼스, 조각, 설치 등 여러 분야를 통섭하고 융합하며 다양한 현대미술의 발전에 중대한 영향을 미친 세계적인 아티스트입니다.

 

백남준아트센터는 수상자 조안 조나스와의 실시간 연결을 통해 수상 소감과 기념 강의, 비디오 스크리닝으로 함께하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 궂은 날씨에도 백남준아트센터를 찾아주신 분들께 감사드리며, 오늘 하루도 무탈한 하루 보내시길 바랍니다.

 

Today, Nam June Paik Art Center held an award ceremony for the 2024 Nam June Paik Prize. This year’s recipient is Joan Jonas, a world-renowned artist. It will be accompanied by a screening of Jonas's early video work and a commemorative lecture, and it is free and open to the public. Please join us as we share works of Joan Jonas and celebrate her receipt of the Nam June Paik Prize 2024. We were delighted to be able to connect live with Joan Jonas, to share her thoughts on the award, a commemorative lecture, and a Jonas's early video screening.
